Friends and Family,
We have made the challenging decision to postpone our wedding originally planned for May 30, 2020 to December 30, 2020 due to the recent global health crisis. We hope our guests are still able to join us on our new wedding date, but we understand that it might be challenging. No matter what, we hope you are all staying safe and healthy and we look forward to the time when we can all be together again soon!
As we move closer to our wedding date, we wanted to update you on the considerations we are taking with everyone's safety in mind. Our wedding venue, Rancho Las Lomas, is an extensive outdoor property with plenty of space to socially distance, we plan to keep guests warm with lots of heaters so we can remain outdoors into the evening with plenty of air circulation. Similarly, the New Year's Eve venue, Seven4One, has a retractable roof in the interior event space and a large outdoor patio, which we plan to keep open and provide ample fresh air. Masks will be encouraged when social distancing is not possible at both events, and we will provide several hand sanitizing stations.
We understand, that despite these considerations, it might not feel safe to travel to our wedding and we are have created a private Facebook group which will go LIVE as a way for our friends and family who cannot be with us in person to witness our wedding ceremony virtually. Please click here for a link to the private Facebook group! Stay safe and have a very happy holiday season!
Love,
Matt and Meg Wednesday, November 18, 2020

Our Story
Meant to Be
Matt and Meg became good friends after one silly night in Hayden Hall as Freshmen at NYU. It was still Welcome Week so from almost day one of college they were destined to be in each other's lives. Wrestling and classes, jobs and semesters abroad filled the gap between freshmen and senior years, but all the while Matt and Meg were close. In fact as their four years of school were ending most of their other friends were saying, 'What are you waiting for?'
Valentine's Day 2011 was when their relationship changed and they decided to give it a go; although nervous they might ruin a great friendship, both knew they would regret not trying for something more. Almost 9 years later, several apartments, a surprise puppy, a move across the country to California, and a new home; its time to make it official as husband and wife!
